A bit on the heavy side, so you might want to hang it with a pair of adjustable nylon-rope hangers instead of chains to make it easier to move up and down. It's easy to hang and with the 125 watt bulb will provide sufficient light for low to mid light level plants. The only downside is that the bulbs cost ~$50 each.
