I bought two of these and getting a third! Compared to the 240 watt I also have these are very useful in the fact i can place these more ackwardly around the room to disturbt light and they seem to cover more for the same amount of wattage. The health and growth of these things now is crazy between this and the organic system i use. Roots grow in he light too (very easily).
I'm never using my 400 Watt again unless im just trying to add more watts or something. Seems like a waste now... I love the fact you can have these 18" up or right on the plants and NO HEAT just slightly warm. The fans on it make some nice air movement too and silent... looking at the light will prolly give you a glare in your vision but not blinding and I KNOW its not good to look at. With such low wattage and easy placement its much easier to get and adjust these on the plants for light than the 240. Yeah this is the future of organic growing. this and some solar panels and my vegies are going crazy!

Great Product. Compared to Compact Fluorescents, this 100W LED light made my vegetables grow a lot bigger, while reducing energy costs & heat inside my room.

very bright. the 2 watt leds have very good penetration. got it a day before the estimated delivery. they keep you up to date on all the tracking and send you an email when it is delivered. only thing that i would recomend is swapping the hook that hangs the light out for one of those ring hooks. the ones that are designed for climbing but everyone uses them for their keys. that thing. not a big deal. overall very satisfied. dont look into it you will be seeing the light for a couple minutes. it ships from nevada.

I've only been using this light for a few days, but I like it. Better yet my plants like it. With a good reflector it covers a wide area and really brightened up my grow room. Any wide screw-in reflector will do. Under $8 at any hardware store. It would take several to bring a crop to harvest, but it's great for seedlings and medium sized plants. And for the price several would be very affordable. It gives off very little heat so it can be placed very close to plants without fear of burning them, and you don't need additional cooling fans. Good little starter light.

I bought this light to save on electricity and as a substitute for cfl's. It's good for 1 plant. I started a plant from seed and it is growing faster and bigger than when I used cfl. the plant is really big using this low cost light. It works!

If you are looking for a cheap LED light to supplement sunlight, this is a good choice. Do not expect it cover more than a few square inches though. If you want to do some indoor gardening I suggest you look at the more expensive 100-200 watt LED lights.
